At King Jesus Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You may return most new, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, socks) and final sale items are non-returnable.

• Proof of purchase required.

Return Process

1. Contact us at contact@kingjesus-clothing.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

2. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

3. Pack the item securely with original packaging.

4. Ship it back to us (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties.

• We recommend using a trackable service—we're not responsible for lost returns.

• Refunds exclude original shipping and any import fees paid.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes/colors if available. Follow the same return process and note your exchange request.
